- every lab generates JSON metrics and at least one decision-quality metric (BER/SER/PER), not only a spectrum;
- deterministic scripts run in CI;
- RU/EN pages and experiment manifests exist;
- a final comparison table covers spectral efficiency, envelope/PAPR, synchronization burden, FPGA cost and typical use cases.
