Add 16-QAM, GFSK and DSSS comparison labs #49

Description

@Lay007

Add the most useful modulation families that bridge the current BPSK/QPSK material to OFDM/CSS and broaden the course without jumping directly to research-only waveforms.

Priority A — 16-QAM bridge

  • Gray mapping/demapping;
  • power normalization and decision thresholds;
  • BER/EVM versus Eb/N0;
  • gain/phase imbalance sensitivity;
  • fixed-point quantization and saturation;
  • use 16-QAM as an alternative payload constellation in the OFDM model.

Priority B — GFSK/CPFSK

  • Gaussian pulse shaping and BT trade-off;
  • constant-envelope transmitter;
  • quadrature/discriminator receiver;
  • occupied bandwidth and BER;
  • comparison with OFDM PAPR and CSS processing gain.

Priority C — DSSS

  • PN/m-sequence generation;
  • spreading/despreading;
  • acquisition by correlation;
  • processing gain against AWGN and a narrowband interferer.

Common acceptance criteria

  • every lab generates JSON metrics and at least one decision-quality metric (BER/SER/PER), not only a spectrum;
  • deterministic scripts run in CI;
  • RU/EN pages and experiment manifests exist;
  • a final comparison table covers spectral efficiency, envelope/PAPR, synchronization burden, FPGA cost and typical use cases.
