🐛 Teleport Using Survival Guides Causes Black Screen (Never Finishes)

Steps to reproduce

I am unsure if the default survival guide teleport has issues, but after doing tutorial quests until it tells you to use them, I get an issue where it cannot complete the teleport.

Code base was current as of July 15, 2026.

Start a character and do the tutorial quests from Selele in Windurst Woods until she tells you to use the survival guides and return to her with a Warp ring.

Survival guides to anywhere now have an option to use one time for free for quest and I get a black screen no matter where I try to go and have to end task.

Expected behavior

Survival Guide teleports should complete normally.
