Produce or don't participate.
Everything else is noise.
This is a linguistics and cryptanalysis research repository operated by Lackadaisical Security. We decode ancient scripts. We publish results. We don't babysit.
This project operates under the same principles that built the early internet, the demoscene, and every serious underground technical community that ever produced anything worth reading:
- You are judged by your output, not your identity.
- You are judged by your reasoning, not your feelings.
- You are judged by your commits, not your credentials.
We do not:
- ❌ Moderate based on who you are
- ❌ Issue warnings for hurt feelings
- ❌ Maintain a list of approved language
- ❌ Run committees to evaluate the sensitivity of your terminology
- ❌ Remove technically correct contributions for cultural reasons
- ❌ Accept institutional affiliation as a substitute for demonstrated competence
- ❌ Enforce ideological conformity as a contribution requirement
- ❌ Apologize for publishing accurate research
If you need a land acknowledgment, a pronoun field, or an equity impact statement to contribute to ancient script decipherment, this is not the repository for you.
We do:
- ✅ Review contributions on technical merit
- ✅ Accept corrections when they're backed by evidence
- ✅ Cite sources and publish methodology
- ✅ Disagree openly and on the record
- ✅ Reject low-quality work without explanation
- ✅ Ban bad actors permanently and without appeal
- ✅ Publish results that contradict institutional consensus when the data supports it
Anyone can read, fork, and apply the methodology. No registration required. No approval required. The work is public.
Accepted contributions require:
- Evidence — claim + data + methodology, not claim alone
- Reproducibility — your findings must be checkable
- Accuracy — errors corrected on discovery, not defended
Contributing garbage earns a ban. Contributing something useful earns respect. That's it. That's the whole system.
You get banned for:
- Academic fraud or misattribution of this work
- Institutional access in violation of the Ghost License v1.0
- Deliberate injection of false data into research threads
- Using this repository to launder institutional credentials

Bans are permanent. There is no appeals process. There is a redemption process — read the README.
Disagree with the methodology? Say so. Show your work. The Operator has been wrong before and will be again. The difference is the correction comes with evidence, not vibes.
Argument by authority, appeal to emotion, or appeal to institutional prestige carries zero weight here. The Tartaria Tablets don't care which university you work for. The Dispilio inscription predates your citation style guide by 7,200 years.
This is a leet-era operation. Directness is not hostility. Criticism is not harassment. Blunt technical feedback is standard.
If someone tells you your analysis is wrong and explains why, that is a contribution, not an attack.
If you can't tell the difference, reconsider participating.
The Operator enforces this Code of Conduct. Enforcement is unilateral, final, and not subject to committee review.
There is no ombudsman. There is no ticketing system. There is no 30-day warning period.
You either operate within these norms or you don't. If you don't, you're removed.
