How to format the channel heads file #9

Description

@Antoine-CSQN

Hello everyone,

I got my hands on a high resolution DEM (1m) and i'm very interessed in the LSDTopoTools since i've attented the EGU short course.

My interest is to cross geomorphogy with water chemistry (apparent retention / production of solutes in the hydrographic network).

I've tried the different algorithms (and parameters) for channel extraction and channel heads extraction and they perform very bad with the DEM I have.

I guess that the spatial resolution is good but the signal is very noisy, surface and objects were not properly separated from the LiDAR dataset. Unfortunately I don't have (and probally won't have access to) the raw Lidar data.

My question is, I have a fairly good map of the channel heads (the springs), I think I could use them to better extract my channels and compute the metrics.

I work with a DockerBox on W10 Pro and the ldstt complete package.

Thanks in advance.

PS: I did not find your e-mail online that's why I'm sending the mail on here.
PPS: I opened a "ticket" on GitHub as well, maybe it is a better place to discuss this.
