The stream of the channel SIC Notícias is no longer completely public. It's hidden behind a paywall.

You can however - for now -, play it using OTT Navigator with the latest backup code. Nonetheless, this stream can be geo-blocked sometimes and you need Portuguese IP.

If you live abroad, maybe it's time to get a VPN.

The same happened now with: TVI Ficcao, V+ TVI and TVI Reality, they're now paid channels on TVI Player

Works just fine on my end with Emby, using my m3uproxy. It is a simple #EXTVLCOPT header that the channels are now requiring.
