Perform a fit with the Pseudodata

In order to perform a fit with the already available "pseudodata" we need the followng:

• parse the pseudodata into a commondata format to be used in NNPDF fit
• write a script that extract the kinematics from the pseudodata and use these to create the pinecards
• compute the theory components: pineapplgrids, FK tables, etc
• run a fit (by making sure that the pseudodata are doubly-fluctuated) The fluctuation will be accounted before the generation of the commondata files.

@tgiani, @peterkrack worked a translating the results we have so far into the commondata format using an independent parser. We can review this quickly, but for the time being the SYSTYPE_ and PLOTTING_ files are missing.
