Keep gateway-vps/ and homelab/ unchanged unless Kyle explicitly includes a frozen file in the current task. Read them for comparison during migration; they are not deployment entry points.
Use Fleet's device records and server-operation scope before touching servers. This checkout does not authorize deployment, data deletion or reinstallation.
Kyle intends to delete this repository after the server migration is complete. First verify that Fleet and the application repositories contain all required configuration and operating knowledge, and that retained data is recoverable without this checkout.
