dimmed background in snapshot, pop-up issues and try catch encoding block errror #4

On some news websites with popups like Forbes, the Kloak search app does not seem to be removing the popup before taking the snapshot. As a result, the popup is blocking some part of the web page in the snapshot as shown in the attached image above. Is there a way to automatically remove the popup (essentially automatic confirmation of whatever the popup is concerned with) before the snapshot is taken?

  1. The resulting snapshot has a dimmed background like a veil or cover is over it. Is this normal?

  2. On one of the pages on another website, www.mlssoccer.com. There appears to be a bug that is not affecting the page rendering but Google Chrome is console is reporting it as a problem. The issue is in the mHtml2mHtml.js file and it looks like the try catch block is reporting an error where “The string to be encoded contains characters outside the Latin1 range.” Please see the screenshots below. Is this normal?
