plans for detail-view?

thanks for this useful ext. In spite of the description "A simple download manager with different views of file collections as downloadable lists" i'd like to know, if you have thought about implementing a detail view.

Hi, sorry for my late response:
could you explain me some details what you expect to see in a detail view?
At the moment it's an extension to show easily a big number of files in list views.
Do you want to have a detail view for each file? I would prefer to show metadata of a file e.g in an accordion on the list view.

yes, i mean a detail-view for every file. wouldn't it be nice to have a record for each asset, with more details for each download-asset (like title, rte-field for decription, access-grouping, image etc.)?

here is an extension (dr_blob - outdated for many years) which is a good example for what i mean (https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/dr_blob/2.3.2/Manual/Index.html#); typical with list-view as a table, where the visitor can deceide if wants to download the file without reading or get more information on a detail page before downloading (at the moment there is a small live-example on http://www.trendico-edv.de/downloads.html).

Ok, thanks; this is a special case; with your examples I can understand this.
I added a new milestone to implement a single view for the files.
