404 error when accessing links in the README.md

I am trying to find documentation for HOTMAPS. However, the link in the README of this codebase are all returning 404.

Can you please point me to the current resources?

Thank you for pointing out the issue. I have now updated the README to fix the links, as the github repository was recently renamed from "HotMAPS" to "HotMAPS_2016", which had broken the links.
