can't Mapping mutations

I tried to follow Tutorial (Mapping mutations) at https://github.com/KarchinLab/HotMAPS/wiki/Tutorial-(Mapping-mutations)

But I got an error when run make prepMutations .......
mkdir -p
mkdir: missing operand
Try 'mkdir --help' for more information.
make: *** [mapMafToStructure] Error 1

I have successfully run make prepareHotspotInput, and showing "mkdir -p data.........".

Do you know what might have happened?
