The remove icon doesn't appear #2

I incorporated almost everything but the remove icon is not appearing while I add a ShapeFile. What is the problem?
There is no error whatsoever in the console log. But it is just not showing the remove button. Even though I added in the overlayLayers.
Any guidance through this?
