These are moved from my wiki:
- save environment - to be able to continue with simulation after N generations. When the job is terminated before it should, give the option of saving environment?
- Interactive season Allow user after simulation write some command which would compute statistics (useless since they are already computed in summary), plot images of demes, individuals or ... whatever, AND running more generations, editing demes and running new simulations (this options should create new setting file to record the interactively changed sutting)
- Graphical functions - function for plotting map of demes with marking centers and coloring squares according selected factor - HI, num of junctions, ...
- reduction of empty space - every X generations, check and find all demes on the edge of simulation without any introduced information
