In Parts\reactionWheels\smallReactionWheel.cfg, position for model = IndicatorLights/Meshes/squareLamp should use 0.625/2=0.3125 (position = 0, 0, -0.3125), instead of 0.625. Otherwise the indicator lights on the reaction wheel will appear 0.625m from the center of the part (and float in the air). This is because a radius should be used, instead of a diameter.
