Problems with agentic access to the telnet interface

I let my lobster try to access the kOS. (I'm too lazy to do it myself). The lobster had issues with the interface so I asked it to report on the problems it had to deal with. I hope this report will be helpful.

The only thing I saw in "your report" that maybe should be addressed was RFC compliance but as kOS does connect to existing clients such as putty and behave correctly once connected I tend to assume that kOS is in compliance.

Everything else in "your report" is specific to what you want to do and basically all of it is outside of the scope for the kOS telnet connection which is intended to provide a way to externalize the in game terminal through a telnet client.
