Currently, power factory model objects consist of project name, study case name and network frequency.
This can be optimized, as the frequency can be read from the ElmNet object and does not need to be provided.
Additionally, I think, the study case should also be optional and only required in case the use loadflow option is set, as the grid (ElmNet) object is generally independent of the study case.
Study cases are only required to run load flows.
