404 on installing and updating BinaryProvider

When installing BinaryProvider a 404 message is given:

ERROR: failed to fetch from https://github.com/JuliaComputing/BinaryProvider.jl.git, error: GitError(Code:ERROR, Class:Net, unexpected HTTP status code: 404)

The url points to another user. Can this be updated?

What command did you run to get that error?

At first I was installing DocumenterTools, which updates this package and threw this message.
So I tried to update manually with ] add BinaryProvider and it threw the same error.

It seems to be solved today, the package installed just fine a minute ago. Very strange...
