Description

Complete and finalize the pending pull request in HealthSampleData.jl to add native support for HuggingFaceHub.jl.

Tasks

• Refactor dataset loading utilities to allow seamless access to datasets hosted on Hugging Face
• Ensure compatibility with existing dataset formats and APIs
• Add basic documentation and usage examples demonstrating dataset loading from Hugging Face

This enables standardized dataset access and aligns Health-related Julia tooling with the broader Hugging Face ecosystem.
