From b26f478ee8f1e34c8889e4eb49cde987442b5057 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Shuhei Ohno Date: Tue, 28 Jul 2026 03:22:39 +0900 Subject: [PATCH 1/3] Add JuliaCon Local Tokyo 2026 pages Adds a minimal landing page and venue page for JuliaCon Local Tokyo 2026 (December 4-5, 2026, University of Tokyo Kashiwa Campus), modelled on local/paris2025, together with the matching `configuration` entry in config.md that wires up the navbar, alert banner and open-graph tags. Only confirmed information is included: dates, venue and access details. Tickets, call for proposals, schedule, keynotes, committee, sponsors and the code of conduct are deliberately left out until that content exists.
