1. Divide solicited papers into accepted types: Full length papers and extended abstract.
2. Extended abstract must have constraints. (Example: one full page of texts with no figures).
3. Clear communicated deadlines to reviewers
4. We should make it mandatory for a submission to be associated with a talk at Julia conferences.
5. What about submissions to JuMP-dev and SciMLCon
6. Timeline for the next months leading up to juliacon (we should submit a lightnigh talk btw)
