Doesn't work for Sharkey instances

Sharkey does have some basic mastodon API in place, and i can follow people from other instances by using their "Follow" button like here:

It properly redirects to my instance with that profile open, etc.

So it was very surprising to see this:

Unfortunately, share URLs are not standardized across Fediverse/ActivityPub implementations, and Tootpick is currently Mastodon specific. This issue is essentially a duplicate of #4. If Sharkey supports a share URL, I would be willing to look into a pull request that implements the feature, but it has such a small user base that for me personally it's not worth the effort.
