[BUG] Compression Procceds Even After The Ouput File Size is Pegged at Zero.

I submitted the big report using my phone and I could not see the 3 radio buttons. I tried editing the big report to tick mark the three boxes but was only able to add this comment. Please treat this big report as FYI.
