Status update — this is built and in development for 10.3.3 🎉

The YouTube import capability requested here is now implemented as part of the Playlist Sync epic (#1273):

• Bulk import + reconcile — pull every playlist from a YouTube channel (and Vimeo Showcases); videos are matched against media you already have, so existing studies get linked instead of duplicated.
• Scheduled re-sync with a conflict gate — a proclaim.playlistsync task keeps imported playlists current without clobbering local edits.
• Browse Playlists picker, per-media playlist assignment, and OAuth write-back (push local title/description changes and series membership back to the platform, opt-in + dry-run preview).
