Block Run Analysis until scale bar is adjusted #24

Run Analysis can be triggered before the scale bar has been set/confirmed, producing measurements with a wrong or default µm/px scale.

Disable (or guard) the Run Analysis button until the scale bar has been adjusted/confirmed for the loaded images, so length/area results are never computed against an unverified scale.
