Double-click panel splitter to reset left column to default width

The left panel (settings + queue) has a QSplitter handle to adjust its width. Double-clicking the splitter handle should reset the left column to its default width.

**Expected:** Double-click on splitter handle → left panel snaps back to default width
**Current:** Double-click does nothing (default Qt behaviour collapses the pane)
