Wiring does not export

Issue

When I wire up my gravship with various electronics and power conduits, export then start a new scenario the wiring I had setup is completely reset and very random.

It is similar to the bug in the base game on DLC launch.

Currently I have to bulk select all electronics to reconnect them and figuring out which power networks to use (if you have a complex setup).

Expected behavior

When I start a new scenario with my custom gravship with custom wiring, that wiring loads properly.

Think this is part of the placement logic running on a cell by cell basis, an item will be placed down and just select the closest power cable it can find, which might not be the one it originally connected to, again would need a major insert into the base Rimworld Sketch placement logic to handle and would likely be incredibly fragile.
