Items in shelves do not appear

Issue

When I have a basic unmodded shelf in my gravship and place any kind of item into them, export and start a new scenerio, none of those items appear.

Expected behavior

Any item contained inside a shelf is exported and appears at the start of the scenario. If the scenario also spawns items those are handled separately.

I'm open to someone else adding this but it has to be an optional thing, at the moment you can simply add items via Prepare Carefully if it's something you want to start a game with, which is enough for the use cases I wanted to create this mod for.

Again the default Sketch placement won't likely support this (not 100% but think it's pretty likely items would get overwritten based on ship rotation) so it would need a call post spawn to add the items where they're wanted, so they should be stored in a separate data structure to the ships hull, floor, furniture etc.
