Roof settings not exported

Issue

When I define an area for there to be a roof or not be a roof, the roof is not exported with the gravship into a new scenario. So I have to build the roof again.

This is important for shuttle landing areas and using an unroofed 1x1 tile as exhaust for aircon.

Expected behavior

Any roof you have defined (or "no roof") should be exported with the gravship so all roof/no-roof zones exist in the new scenario.

This would require a large patch onto the default Rimworld ship spawning code, currently we only patch Sketch.GetSuggestedRoofCells to handle cases where Coolers etc. would stop a roof from being spawned, but otherwise the Sketch placement itself creates the roofs automatically.
