Calendars read only flag and "Delete" calendar too rough

Hello, I think that "delete" action on calendar operations is too rough...
At least, it needs a confirmation. Moreover, it would be great to have a read only flag for calendars.
At now, it's really easy to accidentally delete a calendar also on CalDAV server.
