New maintainer(s)

Hi all,

I've been talking to Jonathan (JoNil), the original author of this crate, and he's agreed to add some additional maintainers. I'm also working with him to get publishing rights on crates.io.

I'll try to get through the open pull requests/issues this weekend, and we'll see where we go from there (probably find some more maintainers, see if we can get some of the downstream improvements merged, etc.).

I'm more than willing to be a maintainer. I've already worked on a new fork called elf2flash and would be willing to merge some of the key improvements I've made in it to here instead.

I've also contributed to this project twice in the past, and have some experience with maintaining open source software as well.

I'm pretty familiar with the code base, and would be more than willing to help.

Good to hear from you @BjornTheProgrammer, I've seen that you have done quite a bit of work that I also think would be excellent to incorporate into elf2uf2-rs in some form.
