Auto refresh commit history makes Gitnuro temporarly unusable

Describe the bug
Gitnuro constantly updates the commit history and becomes unusable as long as there are filesystem changes, even if those changes do not affect the Git repository (Files, folders in .gitignore).

To Reproduce
Start a build in the git repository project. Gitnuro commit history will keep flashing endlessly.

Expected behavior
Changes of files and folders ignored by git should not trigger a commit history refresh

Yes, I'm aware of that issue triggering sometimes. I'm working on a massive app refactor that should simplify greatly the handling of this in a different branch (very broken currently, don't even bother trying it).

Most of the time this happens with Git LFS but it may not be the only case.
