QoL - customize shortcuts

Is there a way to customize the keyboard shortcuts?

I have been using Alpaca for several days now and its overall very great but one thing still annoys me: in all the other apps/websites I use, Ctrl + Return sends my command as a user and Shift + Return inserts a new line. In Alpaca, Ctrl + Return sends a message as the system. I can't get used to using Shift + Return for user inputs.

It gets very annoying when switching apps all day. Having the possibility to customize shortcuts would be a great improvement in QoL.
