The Read-Host prompt and input box don't line up

This is visible to a lesser degree in the regular prompt, but when using Read-Host or otherwise prompting interactively (default parameters, for instance), the prompt and the input line don't line up properly.

It's merely distracting, but moreso since the text lines up correctly after you press enter.

Sometimes it's worse, like on the first prompt where the input box is on the next line!
