Maybe a hurl-ts-mode?

I've seen that there is a fairly complete tree-sitter grammar for Hurl here: https://github.com/pfeiferj/tree-sitter-hurl

In theory, it would provide faster and more unified experience for editing Hurl. Might be a big endeavor though.

No reason other than I didn't know that existed, and this was my first major mode so I didn't want to overcomplicate things. The regular regex font lock rules worked well enough.

Could be something to try in the future thanks for letting me know. Also not sure if the request body fontification would work as nicely as it does with regex font locking

UPDATE 2025-07-19: I haven't forgotten about this, I'm slowly working on it and learning about tree-sitter based modes, but it's just not a high priority for me atm since the current regex-based fontification has been fine for me.

Also with my own regex based fontification its one less dependency to have, I can update to any new hurl keywords/options without having to wait for the tree-sitter grammar (I suppose it's also an excuse to maybe learn how to update a tree-sitter grammar, but not really something I have the appetite for right now). That isn't to say I can't have both, but it does move this lower on my priority.

I suppose the AST based navigation would be nice as well
