Newly Created Planes/Cube into a folder should appear at the 0,0,0 of the bone, not the scene

What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?

Create a new geo piece into a folder ( bone) , I expect the piece to be at 0,0,0 in the bone

What happens instead?

it flies very far from the bone, forces artist to zero out the coordinate, and recenter pivot
