[BUG] can't install PawnIO and the app doesn't detect it if i installed it separately

Describe the bug
when i open the app and install pawnIO from it it shows me an error (also tried as admin)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. open the app
2. click install pawnIO

Expected behaviour
it should have installed normally
