Its not really bug report its an update on i7 8750H support on UXTU
i7 8750H (i did stress test on Prime95)
With Eco Preset - works perfectly (Pass)
With Balanced Preset - works perfectly (Perfect Pass)
Cant test Performance and Extreme Presets because it hits the limit of my CPU (Not Tested)
using Balanced Preset i went to Custom Presets where i tested the following Settings:
CPU Power Tuning:
Power Limit (W):
i tried 20 W it worked almost perfectly it sit around 19W not 20W
i tried 25 W it worked also almost perfectly it sit around 24 W not 25 W
i tried 35 W it worked also almost perfectly it sit around 34 W not 35 W
Dont need more tests
(Pass)
Power Limit 2 (W):
(i used PL1 in 25W to make the scenario more predictable for PL2)
Worked perfectly tried 35W i dont think that needs further test
(Perfect Pass)
iGPU Tuning:
Doesnt Work i tried to put below the max MHz of my iGPU that its 1100 mhz and didnt work it pushed beyond that
(Failed)
UXTU Super Resolution (already worked on pasted versions)
NVIDIA GPU Tuning (didnt Test)
Intel Power Balance (i dont know how to test)
Intel Clock Ratio Control (when i hit apply current settings it does the error on the print screen no matter the config i started UXTU also in Admin Mode to see if it worked but it doesnt) (Failed)
Intel Fully Integrated Voltage Regulator (FIVR) Tuning (dont know how to test that)
Windows Process Power (so far it works) (Pass)
Windows Power Mode (already worked in past versions)
Adaptive Mode:
i think adaptive mode its working as intended i guess
(Somewhat Pass)
Edit: Adaptive Mode its working but sometimes the mhz reduces crazy to 800 it feels like that the adaptive mode its working but sometimes forget it works also Adaptive Mode randomly stops working and i need to go to UXTU and restart the adaptive mode i dont see a pattern in that stop
Games:
Added manually games are forgotten if you reload the game library dont know if its intended but never hurts pointing that
Stress Test from UXTU doesnt work for me it opens a window and quickly auto closes
