Subject: [PATCH] docs(readme): embed the live Gittensor contributor-impact
 card

Fast-follow to the earlier badge/CI PR: the gittensor-impact workflow has
now run successfully and published gittensor-impact-{dark,light}.svg to
the gittensor-impact-assets branch, so wire the actual picture-card into
the README instead of just the small text badge.
