[Feature request] Add to package managers

Add to Winget, Scoop, Chocolatey for easier management.
You can already find some launchers and source ports there.

I create this issue for International Doom, but it also applies to CRY and CRL (don't want to copypaste the same idea).

Unfortunately, I have no plans to distribute the ports beyond GitHub (with automated builds), DoomWorld, DoomWiki, and my personal page. I'm afraid it would simply add a lot of extra maintenance overhead for very little gain. Besides, the ports aren't in high enough demand to justify going to such lengths for their promotion.

Maybe it will be sometimes in future, at least I gave you an idea.
Until then I will keep your ports in separate portable way!
