Make base doors consistent

Some base doors (such as imperial doors on coruscant and all team doors on Jawa Fortress) will open for both teams.

These should probably all be made consistent to be locked to opposing teams.

Also, we should either get rid of the insta-closing doors (coruscant and spaceport), or get rid of the damage it can deal if you run through a door before it's fully open.

As far as I know the insta-closing doors are only doing 2 dmg? Which I think is fine? (We did have a hilarious death from someone with 2 hp from one of the matches today though). One of the problems with making the doors all shut to non-team, is that flags can be taken inside. Need an anti-flag brush, that prevents movement inside the area, if you have a flag (or other flag objective). However, what isn't acceptable is having one team's doors close, and the other team's open. Should be either both, or neither.

Good point on the flag issue, I had forgotten about that. Opened #412 in regards to that.

My only issue with the 2 damage is when natural health regen kicks in, which is painfully slow as it is, gets stopped due to your own base door.
