Applying min/max constraints to a tech output

Hi team,

I wanted to understand if it’s possible to implement the min, max constraints to a tech output simultaneously. I am able to implement min, max and equality constraints separately but wanted to understand if we can do the following-

1. Simultaneously min/max constraints for the same time period on tech(s) outputs
2. Equality constraints in 1 time period and min/max constraints in other time periods

@pkyle @pralitp and others would really appreciate your insights on this.
