Ways To use opkg or Openwrt on JF router

Is there any way to achieve full opkg package list like on openwrt or make openwrt itself for jf router and run the fiber connection too in parallel.
If not then is there any way to upgrade kernel as I want to install sqm-scripts using opkg plus many packages are not available on armv7l (JCOW411) using entware.

It installs qnapware rather than entware otherwise I wouldn't have raised a disscusion here.
