With NUnit-Console v. 4 (currently in beta) there is no longer a zip asset, only nupkg is available.
Also not clear if we should still dw NUnit-Console or NUnit-Runner (console will retrieve runner as well, due to dependencies), as the exe is in the "runner" package.
There are other breaking changes in 4.0 that we might need to take into consideration in order to be able to run tests with various target .net versions.
