Brief description of what the task
Currently, autoware uses waypoints as guidance for route planning. This means it'll sometimes select the fastest route, which may not include all of the waypoints. To fix, use the /api/routing/change-route-points service to update the goal position and waypoint as the ego progresses through the route.
