Since the latest version of GLPI, we can no longer modify the allocation of the production ticket once it has been created.

The creation has no problem.

I have the same problem but it's due to GLPI

If i change into src/Dropdown.php funtion getDropdownActors

$children['use_notification']  = strlen($supplier_obj->fields['email']) > 0 ? 1 : 0;
to
$children['use_notification']  = (!empty($supplier_obj->fields['email']) && strlen($supplier_obj->fields['email']) > 0) ? 1 : 0;
