Cannot set Sub-entities in Account interface, but works through massive actions

GLPI 11.0.7
accounts Name: Accounts Version: 3.2.1 State: Enabled Install Method: Marketplace

When I'm in a account, and set Sub-entities to yes for example, and then Save, Sub-entities remains to no.
But it works for a list pf accounts through massive actions.
May be related : in massive actions, 'Sub-entities' appears 2 times.

I also have the same problem. It's because the Sub-Entities checkbox is not associated with an html form. The form name used in src/Account.php is the wrong one. The right name should be main-form like other GLPI objects. At least, that's my understanding. I am not a developer. I used the following command inside the accounts plugin root directory to resolve the issue:

• sed -i 's/account_form/main-form/g' src/Account.php templates/account.html.twig public/crypt.js

EDIT: one command instead of three.
So basically, it's a search and replace of account_form to main-form
