Add ability to gather/export debug info

Probably zip up the bepinex folder but only cfg and dlls, and the log file. Also maybe extra info about the game files, maybe a file tree.

Which directories would you include in this? Abdata (or the equivalent on other games)? The _data directories? Anything else?

Depends on what people find useful. I think a full file tree of the whole game folder would be helpful, no need to actually include any of the files (other than log files, all of those should be included).
