documentation on changes to wgs.grch37.vcf.gz site vcf

I'm looking at the history of the "reliable" sites (on many arrays, in linkage equilibrium, reasonable MAF, etc): https://github.com/Illumina/akt/commits/master/data/wgs.grch37.vcf.gz

At 87906b0 this site vcf had 17535 SNPs. At 81be1c5 it has 17491. But I couldn't find any information about what/why this changed. Can you offer a brief update on the remapping, what got dropped? Thank you!
