I’m trying to download spliceai_scores.raw.snv.hg38.vcf.gz, but it consistently times out.
What I tried (all failed with timeouts):
• Safari/other browsers

• BaseSpace CLI (bs)

• Presigned S3 link generated via bs with wget/curl

• Multiple machines (macOS, Linux)

• Different networks (home, office, mobile hotspot/VPN)

Main error link/endpoint:http://basespace-data-east.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/ (443) — connection times out
Could you check if there’s an issue with this object/link or the endpoint? Thanks!

last week I was able to download successfully using Chrome browser during late night hours (Beijing time), but now I'm also getting no response when clicking the download link. Additionally, when using the ./bs tool, the download speed remains very slow.

I just tried downloading it myself and it worked alright (7MB/sec).
