chrome://flags Access for Insecure Origins Setting

Why is it that when I try to access the "chrome://flags" page the browser loads a blank page? I'm specifically trying to enable the "Treat insecure origins as secure" setting. Is access to "chrome://flags" intentionally disabled in this build. and if so, is there an alternative way to enable this permission in Wolvic?

Hmm we haven't implemented support for chrome:// pages I think. We do support about:// in the Gecko backend but we haven't spend time on that for the Chromium port if I recall correctly.
